Tisa Bowden is the Assistant Director for Business executing duties as Compliance Officer, Fiscal Officer, and Human Resources Manager for the Indiana Geological and Water Survey. She has been with Indiana University for fourteen years with an area of expertise in Financial Analysis and Reporting, Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Legal Compliance, Human Resources Management, and Federal, State, Non-Profit and Commercial Contracts and Grants. Tisa earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from IU Kelley School of Business and is pursuing her master’s degree at IU O'Neill School for Public and Environmental Affairs.
