The Education Collection contains more than 2,200 authentic rock, mineral, and fossil specimens for non-professional study and hands-on exploration. We encourage people of all ages to explore and discover the natural sciences through real, tangible experiences with these objects.

Specimens from our Education Collection are regularly used in outreach programs and can be loaned through the Discovery Trunk program.
