The Well Event Subtables are accessed through the Subtable Menu located on bottom of each Well Header (one Header per Event):
Brief explanations of each subtable's contents are listed below. Follow the links for full explanations.

Permitting information about a Well Event that is reported before the operation takes place |

● | Field Check Subtable | Location, elevation, and status of the well when checked in the field |

● | Reports Subtable | Primarily lists documents contained in the physical IGS File Folder for the subject well. |

● | Log Info Subtable | Information about well logs run in a well. Each record in the table represents a different log of the hole. |
|
● | Strat Picks Subtable | Geologic Units or formations and other stratigraphic markers that can be identified in a well bore. |
|
● | Completion Intervals Subtable | Information about the well interval that was open for production or other form of well operation |

● | Completion Rates Subtable |
Completion Rates refers to the Initial Production rates (IP) of fluid production from the Completion Interval, and also to information about well treatments applied to the well. |

● | DrillTools Subtable | Information about the type of drilling equipment used to drill all or part of a well. |
|
● | Samples Subtable | Information about samples (well cuttings) recovered while drilling a well. |
|
● | Cores Subtable | Core records for all cored wells archived in the IGS Core Library. |

● | Shows Subtable | Information on Shows (indication of hydrocarbons) encountered in the well. Show information may not be entered in the Shows Subtable if the reported if the interval has been completed as oil or gas productive. |

● | Tests Subtable | Information about fluid-recovery tests performed on the well. |

● | Casing Subtable | Information about fluid-recovery tests performed on the well. |
|
● | Deviation Subtable | Information about the path of a Deviated Hole |

● | PostDrill Subtable | Information recorded for the well, generally at the time it is processed by the IGS; most of the data are related to administrative or statistical reporting. |
