Total Wells is a count of the total number of wells that fall within a particular Field Outline. Total Wells is a value in the General Field Information Section of the Field and Production Summary.
The total count includes productive and non-productive wells (dry holes), as well as service wells and stratigraphic tests.
At present, wells in New Albany Shale Fields (NAS) are not being counted.
