The Completion Intervals Subtable contains information about the well's Completion Interval(s).
Identification number for each Completion Interval record, automatically assigned by Microsoft SQL Server. The number is not visible online, but is included with other data when the Completion Interval Subtable is downloaded so the user can maintain the PDMS table relationships in other software applications.
Measured depth (in feet) to the top of an interval in the well bore opened for production or other operation.
Measured depth (in feet) to the bottom of an interval in the well bore opened for production or other operation.
Name of the Geologic Unit or formation in which the well is completed (opened for hydrocarbon production or other operation). If more than one formation is involved in a single Completion Interval, the interval is subdivided into separate smaller intervals, one for each formation completed, and each interval is represented by separate record in the Completion Intervals Subtable.
The term "formation" is used in the common petroleum industry parlance, referring to any given stratigraphic unit. The unit may not correspond to a formally named unit, and the interval may include more or less section than a formally recognized formation.
